Poor Quality and No Support from Seller

Really disappointed in this back and my experience with the seller. I ordered it once and it came with a big scratch in the leather. It was clearly packaged that way and not due to shipping. I could not find a way to contact the seller about it or request an exchange so I had to go through the process of returning and purchasing again. The new bag that came did not look the same as the old one but at least wasn't scratched so I decided to keep it. Just a few weeks of use and it's scratched and bubbling. Still no way to contact the seller. A waste of money for the quality and experience.

Great bag at a fair price.

I was hesitant to order a bag like this online but I liked the style for my son and decided to give it a shot. So glad I did! My son loves it. The quality of the bag is wonderful and the leather is beautiful. It easily fits a laptop and books plus has smaller pockets to organize phone , pens, etc.
